CONVENTIONAL

A home loan with an interest rate that’s set for the entire term of the mortgage.

VA

VA loans are backed by the Department of Veterans Affairs and are available to military service members and veterans. Military benefits include zero down payment and no mortgage insurance.

FHA

A home loan insured by the Federal Housing Administration. FHA loans are backed by the government and designed to help borrowers of more modest means buy a home. A great option for first time homebuyers.

USDA

USDA home loans are for buyers in rural and suburban areas. The mortgages are backed or issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

JUMBO

 A Jumbo Mortgage, or Jumbo Loan, consists of a home loan whose amount exceeds conforming loan limits imposed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the government-sponsored enterprises that buy mortgages from lenders

NEW CONSTRUCTION

We offer FHA, VA & USDA One-Time-Close (OTC) programs. With these construction loan programs borrowers can finance the construction, lot purchase, and permanent loan into a single loan.

DACE/ITIN

A DACE/ITIN mortgage is a type of mortgage that is designed for individuals who don't have a Social Security Number.

DSCR Mortgage

A DSCR loan is a type of non-QM loan basically meant for real estate investors. Lenders can use a DSCR to help qualify real estate investors for a loan easier because it can easily determine the borrower's ability to repay without verifying income!

Bank Statement

The bank statement loan programs use either personal or business bank statements to qualify borrowers.

Manual Underwrite

Manually underwritten mortgages are reviewed by an underwriter who can take your individual circumstances into account.

Reverse (HECM)

Reverse mortgages, also known as Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECMs), have two different types: essentially a purchase and a refinance.
